In recent years, platforms like DMV Gridiron and social media streaming have helped DCIAA athletes gain greater exposure. With increased coverage, highlight reels, and real-time updates, more college recruiters are turning their attention to D.C. public school talent.

Programs like Ron Brown College Prep and McKinley Tech are also gaining traction as academic-athletic pipelines, emphasizing student success on and off the field.
